1. Platform Overview & Operator

2. Purpose & Eligible Users

POSTATORE is designed to provide signed creators, represented artists, media partners, and client creators with a centralized portal to review studio-produced vertical videos, connect their social media profiles via official OAuth 2.0 authorization, and manage direct video publishing and scheduling.

3. Supported Services & Integrations

POSTATORE enables authorized creators to:

• Connect and authorize their TikTok accounts using the official TikTok OAuth 2.0 consent screen;
• Review studio-edited video clips (including vertical cuts, transcripts, and subtitles);
• Compose titles, hashtags, and select direct publishing preferences (e.g. privacy level, comment permissions, duet/stitch settings);
• Schedule and publish content directly to their authorized TikTok profiles through the official TikTok Direct Post API.

4. TikTok API & Platform Compliance

Users must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. POSTATORE adheres strictly to TikTok for Developers policies. POSTATORE never requests, collects, or stores TikTok passwords. Authorization is conducted strictly via official OAuth tokens which may be revoked at any time by the user directly within their TikTok account settings.

5. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

Creators and clients retain ownership of their respective intellectual property. By using POSTATORE, users confirm they possess the necessary rights and consents to distribute the video content submitted through their connected accounts.

6. Security & Credential Protection

Access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols. VSL MEDIA SRLS maintains strict access controls and audits platform security continuously.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations.
