POSTATORE processes only data strictly necessary to provide video review, scheduling, and direct publishing features to authorized creators and partners:
POSTATORE never accesses, requests, or stores user passwords for TikTok or any third-party social account.
Data processing is conducted pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract or service agreement with represented creators and clients), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in maintaining platform integrity and operational security), and Art. 6(1)(a) (explicit user consent granted during the TikTok OAuth authorization flow).
Information accessed through the TikTok API is strictly utilized to enable users to view their connected profile status and dispatch requested videos via the Direct Post API. Data is not shared with third parties or advertisers. Users may revoke POSTATORE's access permissions at any time directly from the TikTok application (Settings & Privacy → Security & Permissions → Apps & Services).
Account connection details and tokens are deleted immediately upon account disconnection by the user or upon written request to eneavslmedia@gmail.com. Publishing logs and video files are retained only for the duration required to complete the scheduled publishing workflow.
We implement state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, and strict firewall controls to protect against unauthorized access.
